Relaxation Massage~ Experience enhanced relaxation, reduce stress, increase circulation and improve overall health. Light pressure, long gliding strokes, and kneading to the superficial layers of muscles help soothe and relax.	Therapeutic Massage~ Same as relaxation, but with special attention to areas of pain, discomfort or injury. Specialized techniques and increased massage pressure are used for pain reduction, increase range of motion and overall mobility.
Deep Tissue Massage~ Deep pressure is applied to specific areas and trigger points. Excellent for eliminating tension from the body, increasing mobility and for reducing muscle tightness and pain. Not recommended for clients who are not acclimated to deep massage.	Prenatal Massage~ Wonderful for reducing common ailments associated with pregnancy such as low back pain, swelling, neck pain and foot discomfort. Long strokes help to relax the mother-to-be who is in her second or third trimesters.
Warm Stone Massage~ This wonderful massage brings relief to tense, sore muscles and sore joints by application of deep penetrating heat with smooth heated stones. The heat and weight of stones sink into the deepest layers of muscle to bring you deep relaxation.
